DAVID SCHMOELLER : writer, director, producer
David SchmoellerFilmmaker David Schmoeller came up with the idea for WEDDING DAY when he was invited to be a Visiting International Artist at the Objectifs Center for Photography and Filmmaking in Singapore. When the Cinematheque Francaise subsequently announced a Tribute Screening to David Schmoeller in Paris, showing two of his early features and his acclaimed documentary about directing the enfant-terrible Klaus Kinski, the trilogy came together in one quick writing session – the story of a bride in Singapore, Paris and Las Vegas.

Schmoeller enjoys moving between feature films and short films (an art form that affords significant creative latitude) and photography. Winner of the 2007 Cinevegas Best Nevada Filmmaker Jury Award, his various works can be found on these websites: weddingdayshortfilm.com; spankinglessons.com; shortfilmarchive.com or davidschmoeller.com. His next feature film is a love story set in eight different countries called TOWN SQUARE ON A ROUND PLANET which he hopes to write and direct in 2008-2009.

MAY MAY LUONG : producer
May May LuongAspiring Music Video director, May May Luong is a graduate of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree. There, she majored in Film and minored in Theater.

While studying at UNLV, May May was a teaching assistant for Michel Hugo, ASC. She focused on directing and cinematography and has shot on many formats including High Definition, 16mm and 35mm film.

May May earned the Most Promising Filmmaker award at the UNLV Spring Flicks film festival in May 2006. She was also nominated for Best Director for “The Rain” at Spring Flicks.

ERIC FANTONE : french segment associate producer

True french “swiss army knife”, MU help production, distribution and even videogame companies with their projects.

Eric is currently producing < Undersleep > as main producer and completing < 8th Wonderland > as co-producer, two french features.

ANDRÉ KOBTZEFF : french segment assistant director & translator
ak.JPG Born in New-York and raised in Paris France, André Kobtzeff has worn many hats in Film, TV and Home Video since 1986:

Translator, location scout, production assistant, assistant director, developer for TV projects, in charge of editorial content for a French movie channel, as well as writer for documentaries and TV series.

He received a nomination for best screenplay at the 1994 American Film Festival in Deauville, France.

He has worked for several international production and distribution companies, including Disney and Warner Bros. and US Based directors on projects in Russia, Austria and Israel.

Currently developing several projects between TV and Film, André Kobtzeff is writing freelance for French film magazines and working on a novel.
